FasGrip Warranty

FasGrip tools are warranted for a lifetime against defects in materials and workmanship.

1. The warranty lasts for the life of the tool, and ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or materials.
   
2. To obtain warranty, return the tool to the place of purchase. The tool will be returned to Fasmac, where it will be repaired or replaced at, the option of Fasmac, at no charge.
   
3. Warranty does not apply where tools fail due to having been subjected to abuse, misuse or due to normal wear and tear.

Fasmac will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
